Due to the nature of items being handmade and custom, ALL sales are FINAL. I do not offer refunds after an order is placed. For inquires about your order please email us at

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted on products from Snug As A Bug Kids.
